| For the next few months, we need to collectively decide whether we are going to try for 10s or 25s. We will probably have something other than unanimity here. The officers have mixed opinion too. But, if we are going to do 25s, we need 25 people all the time, so if you want to raid, please speak up! | |

| I'll cast my vote for 10man teams. Progression for both and ultimately a 3rd team went much faster split in 10man rather than 25. Especially in the beginning, its easier to learn new content and there is a greater sense of dedication to the smaller groups. I don't want to completely rule out 25s, but until we get a good grasp on encounters, i would prefer to stay in 10s. | |

| I hereby second Uncoolone. With the way our current 25s are run, we stare at a boss for a good 10-15 minutes before we make a pull. This is all coming from the performance on last night's Sindy and LK pulls. I mean i got so irritated from standing there watching my flask tick down that i just run up and pulled the damn dragons. 10 mans all the way for me. | |

| I too would like to cast a vote for 10 man teams. Without constant raid attendance from all 25 people we will never be able to really get attuned to the way other players play. With 10 man we seem to have a more consistent flow of teams and the people involved in those teams but the only problem is going to be deciding which people belong to which 10 man because obviously we have a few people who just generally grasp the content faster than others so this is going to take a few days if not weeks of discussion into a much deeper level. | LMAO how did i get brought into this??????
Well going with what i think is we should do 10 mans. 10 people are a lot easier to work with than 25 to get a strat down, more room to work with etc etc.

| Just some food for thought gang:

wow.com's article on why it is not as easy a choice as it seems. I'm withholding judgement for a bit, but will weigh in soon.
